Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice) is required.
  • Certain items such as clearance products, customized items, and hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover return shipping charges.
  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick assistance.
